What We are Thankful for in a Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassadors are such an important part of the event staffing industry. We are in contact with BA’s every day.  Since it is Thanksgiving, we decided to spread a little love and say what we are most thankful for in a Brand Ambassador. This is what everyone in the office had to say. 

McCall is thankful for brand ambassadors who treat this as their profession and not just a “gig”. She loves when they handle themselves professionally on all fronts. Not just with us, but with the clients, their payment, and everything! McCall is thankful when brand ambassadors go the extra mile and who treat us like family because we will treat them like family right back! 

Katie is thankful when BA’s call or email her, they say the event that they are working. “Hi, this is Jane. I was calling about the event happening in Anaheim, California”. We staff events all over the country so being as specific as possible greatly helps us answer all of your questions. Jessie is also thankful when brand ambassadors show up to the event wearing the correct uniform. No crazy striped pants or polka dot sandals on site! 

Carli is thankful for brand ambassadors who are on time, enthusiastic about working, and who help their team get on-site. She is also thankful when brand ambassadors are communicative. Always keeping her updated on what is happening during the event, especially when it is taking place all the way across the country, is the way to Carli’s heart.

Maddy is thankful for brand ambassadors who turn in all of their paperwork before the event and all in one PDF document. It makes her life so much easier and allows the brand ambassadors to get paid ASAP!

Jordan is thankful for brand ambassadors who take super cute pictures during their events so she can use them on social media. This is a great way to promote not only our business but your business as a brand ambassador as well! Jordan also loves when brand ambassadors leave us good online reviews.
