What We Do
We often get asked exactly what we do in our office – and the answer is always the same. “Whatever it takes; what do you need done?” While Norton National began as a staffing and event planning business, we have grown into a turn-key warehouse for anything events. We provide event solutions in every space imaginable – video production, experiential marketing, equipment rentals, flyer distribution, stagehands, and more.
Our Approach
Relationships are at the center of what we do – with our clients, with our talent, and with our team. We believe in doing cool things with cool people. Nothing lights a fire under us like a new project that gets our creative juices flowing. We know how to bring ideas into creation, and remain sparkly the whole time. We send our clients milkshakes on hard days and invite our talent to stay in our guest rooms when they’re coming to the area.

McCall Peck
Head Honcho
McCall Peck, founder of Norton National, fearlessly started in the events world in Las Vegas 10 years ago and never looked back. An expert in the hospitality, logistics, and production industries, her experience spans back many years. From on-field and live-stream AV production with minor league baseball, MMA events, and the XFL, to full wedding venue production, and starting a non-profit company, the list is endless. Norton National was officially founded in 2014 and has grown from an independently run company with single events a month to a full staff and tours across the nation every weekend. Some of her most notable clients include Google, Randy Couture, Feld Entertainment, Allegiant Stadium, and Jack Morton.

Vania Prado

My dream is to eventually open and run my Animal Sanctuary, Specializing in Cows. I was raised on a dairy farm as a child and it is still a huge part of who I am. I am new to the sparkle squad but am excited to show my shine.
Jade Case
Champion of Culture
Jade Case started at Norton National as an intern from UNLV in the Summer of 2021. With her energy, natural sparkle, and her whits among her she was able to earn her spot on the team. While she loves being in the office with her co-workers, she enjoys her free time as well, where she spends her time in the gym or with her family.
Rachel McNinch
Mogul of Monies - Accounts Receivable
Rachel has known Norton National’s head honcho, McCall, since 2003 when they attended high school together. She officially joined #teamPink in 2017 and has worn several different hats during her journey here. From admin to HR to accounts payable and more, Rachel is presently our Mogul of Monies over the accounts receivable department. She is married with 3 kids and stays busy between Mom life, working and service within her church & community. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys baking, videography, and graphic design.
Lindsay Keller
Numbers Ninja
Lindsay recently joined #TeamPink as a member of the Accounts Payable / Receivable department. She moved from SoCal to Las Vegas in November 2019, where she enjoys a mostly-quiet life with her boyfriend and teenage son. As someone who is highly organized and loves learning new skills, Lindsay is excited to immerse herself in her role here at Norton National and bring her own special flair to the team!
Alina Borges
MatchMaker
Alina was raised in Las Vegas and has recently joined the team! She plans to finish her Associates and start to work towards a degree in Psychology by the end of the year. She makes music with her sisters in her downtime and one day hopes to make it big in the Music Industry.
Meliah Godwin
MatchMaker
Meliah is Las Vegas born and raised. She started her career in the events industry as an ambassador and field staff. She joined #TeamPink in ‘22 with experience as an ambassador she is looking forward to seeing the “behind the scenes” of the staffing process. When she is not working in the office you can find Meliah hanging out at home and playing with her one and only nephew.
Sierra Ralyea

Sierra is a Vegas native, born and raised, and as such has had many opportunities to work with Norton National and other staffing agencies as a brand ambassador. She is excited to take the next step with Norton National, working on the administrative side of the job and help others book jobs.

Mane Badoyan
Mogul of Monies - Accounts Payable
Mané Badoyan started her career path at Norton National in the Spring of 2022. Aspiring Account’s Payable Specialist and Student of Lee Business School of UNLV. Always able to swiftly understand a customer’s pain problem and identify a strategic solution. Eager to learn, driven by Challenge, Excelling, Ownership, Pressure, and Problem Solving. Competent in customer service, is a team player, a leader, a self-starter, and has a creative mind. Loves being part of Norton National and tries to deliver sparkle always!
Ryann Balistreri
Sparkle Squad
Ryann is an 18 year old girl who loves to read, write and relax in her free time. Ryann loves to spend time with her friends and family, and when she can, leave the state. She loves nature but doesn’t like camping. Ryann loves the beach but hates sand. She enjoys listening to music whenever she can.
