What does Norton National actually do? If we had a dime for every time we heard that question! Our response is typically, “What do you need done?” We are “Jills of all trades” and execute anything requested from our clients. From booking a full Mariachi band for a private party, to producing Tuff-N-Uff events with live streaming, we do it all. The word “no” doesn’t exist in our Lip Glossary.

In 2020, Norton National tackled a whole new scope of business, and became Business Consultants for a large scale venue in Las Vegas. I guess you could simply put it, we are logistics and activation experts. Our mission statement could be, “we throw noodles at the wall and like to see what sticks.” This is a statement we live by in the office as we are never quick to turn down a challenge.

Our fearless leader, McCall, stumbled across the promo industry when she was the ripe age of eighteen. While going to school and working valet, she would pick up any opportunities as a brand ambassador.  Like many of our current brand ambassadors, McCall saw a posting for a job and applied. With her outgoing, sparkly self, McCall became an “A Lister” and was a top loved by multiple agencies and vendors. During an event in 2007 , McCall’s fellow BA’s decided not to show up, therefore, she was recruited to bring in her friends to help work the activation. (foreshadowing anyone?)

One thing led to another, and every time select events were in town, “who you gonna call…McCALL”! It was no surprise that her sparkle squad would crush each activation. At some point, a thought popped into her head, “Why am I doing your job, and you’re getting paid for it?”. Wonderful thought, young grasshopper. At the age of nineteen, McCall applied for a business license, and Nforce Models was born.

After two years, Nforce Models joined teams with an entertainment group, and together they formed a multitude of brand activation jobs, such as production, street teams, private events, ect. Both companies were able to bring in their clients and join forces to take over the promo industry in Las Vegas.

Fast forward to 2013, and the pair decided to go their separate ways. McCall was ready for a new name and look. While you all may know her as McCall Peck, the OG, was McCall Norton. Get it? Norton National. From there, she hit the ground running again. Fun fact, her first solo event under the new fold of Norton National was a private, rented out event with 32 gogo dancers at Tao NightClub, here in Las Vegas.

While events at that point were more of a “hobby”, McCall continued to build her portfolio. New connections slowly caused six events a year, to one a month, to every other week, and so on. Until the Big Kahuna showed up. Drum roll, please… Feld Entertainment (aka Monster Jam) McCall likes to refer to this moment as her “oh sh**, I’m actually a business” moment.

The rest you could say is history. Eventually, the first employee was brought on, followed by many more. Today, Norton National has five employees, multiple interns every year, a diverse book of clients, and continues to do fun and cool things.
