Not only are event sponsors important in a financial way to many events, but they also have the ability to bring an extra level of creativity and fun for attendees. Is there anything worse than going to an event and realizing there is no personality, no fun, and no treats? While picking sponsors may seem like a daunting task, take a look at these sponsorship ideas that will help create a fun and entertaining experience. And who knows? Maybe you’ll see some of these ideas at upcoming Norton National events.

Social Mixers Before Or After An Event

Networking can be a huge asset and is a driving force behind many relationships created at conferences or conventions. A great opportunity for a sponsor is having a break off session before or after the “main event”. Not only can this be used as a networking benefit, that many attendees are likely to take advantage of, but a great way for sponsors to showcase their brand to a crowd of people.

Photo Opportunities

Whether a photo booth or a green screen backdrop, people love to take photos and document their memories; there’s a whole social platform dedicated to this. A great sponsorship opportunity is partnering with an event to #hashtag  the event name along with the sponsor when posting the photos. Not only does it represent the event, but allows for the sponsors to be included in every photo that is posted.

Wellness Breaks

If you’ve ever found yourself getting a little squirrely during those long event days, you are not alone! Wellness breaks hosted by a sponsor are a great way to break up the day, which in return, gives the attendees a better attention span. Examples of this could be stretching, meditating, or upbeat music. The sponsor is able to promote their brand or company in these mini sessions without overwhelming a crowd. Kick it up a notch by branding all elements used during that break,  the color of the paying sponsor. Humans are visual – the message and colors will stick.

WiFi

The most important password in any room, WIFI. You have it, attendees want it, so why not create a sponsorship tool? Posted signs around an event with the WIFI name (in this case, a sponsor of the event) and a clever password, give the attendees easy access to the information that they need while showcasing a sponsor that is sure to be seen. Better yet, make the sponsor the password! NortonNationaLRules2020.

Snapchat Filters

Ahhhh the infamous selfie, we’ve all taken one before, don’t lie. Social media is booming, and won’t be slowing down anytime soon. With a customized Snapchat filter for an event, the sponsorship opportunity would be hard to pass up. By simply entering a sponsorship logo onto the event filter, it allows for anyone who views the posted selfie, a glimpse at the product or company. The more creative and original they are, the more fun guests will have playing and posting them.

Stair Clings

Do you have a boring stair entrance that doesn’t bring the pizazz to your event and decor? Stair clings are a great way to bring on a sponsor and produce something creative and interesting for the guests as they enter the event. Bright colors (like Norton National hot pink) or fun designs will draw the guest’s eyes in and advertise your company for you.
